Summary

You can use Breach Deadlines without an account. We don't sell personal information. Company search runs in your browser against a list downloaded with the page; we don't keep a record of what you search for.

Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)

Breach Deadlines shows ads served by Google AdSense to keep the site free.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

We don't add ad units to pages ourselves; Google chooses where ads appear. An ad is never a settlement claim form: the official claim link is always our own "File on official site" button, and filing a settlement claim is always free on the official site.

Analytics and hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.

Email signups

If you sign up for emails, we store your email address and the companies you chose to follow, only to send you Breach Deadlines emails: at most one a week, and only when a company you follow has an open settlement (plus the weekly roundup if you opted in to it). Emails are delivered by Resend, our email provider. We don't sell your address or share it with anyone else. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to change what you follow; from the unsubscribe page you can also delete your address and follows completely.

Your choices
